The intersections of Clayton Road and Oak Street and Clayton Road and Marsh Creek
Road will be closed for the Clayton Rib Cook-off Event.
For Contestants, Vendors and Judges, you will need to drive on Clayton Road /
Marsh Creek Road to the corner of Clayton Road and Center Street. (CVS is located
on one corner and Fire Station 11 is on the other corner.) Proceed down Center Street to
the intersection of Center Street and Marsh Creek Roads. There will be a Check-in
Vendors will be checked- in here and given their booth location.
Please unload in a timely manner and park in a designated area. You will be given a parking pass, at this
time. Start at 6:00 am. Vehicles removed from street by 10:00 am
Competitors: You will be passed thru to continue down Center Street and make a
right at Oak Street. Near the WWII Memorial there will be a Competitor Check-in
Booth. You will be assigned a location to set-up your rig. You will also be assigned a
parking location. Please unload and remove your vehicle as quickly as possible.
As you are the last to arrive, you will be asked to park at Endeavor Hall and
walk in to the Community Church. (1 short block) Judging will be inside the Air
Conditioned Clayton Community Church (watch your profanity) !…
You will be given a Parking Pass, also.
Judges Check-in: 10:00 am
Judges Meeting: 10:30 am
First turn-in (chicken): 12:00 pm
last turn-in (ribs): 12:30pm.
