2022 Oktoberfest Beer Vendor Form

As a non-profit organization, The Clayton Business & Community Association (CBCA), we are asking all Beverage Vendors to support our event by Donating 50% of the beverages sold at the Clayton Oktoberfest. As a good partner, the CBCA will purchase ( at Wholesale cost) the remaining 50% of beverages sold at the event. Reconciliation to be completed after the event, with an emailed invoice showing all product used at the event, the Donated amount and the Invoiced amount. We will send payment within 3 days of receipt of the Invoice.

For the 2022 Oktoberfest, we are planning for 15,000 – 20,000 attendees. As such, we do not want to run out of beer or other beverages.

The CBCA will provide the following:
  • 10’ x 10’ space
  • 16 oz. Cups for beer
Brewery Logo with link on CBCA website For Beer & Cider Vendors: We recommend that you bring at least 2 different IPA products (no German style beers) and that you have 4-6 kegs of each. If you are going to need ice, please let us know in advance, so that we can add your needs to our supply. We will provide 16oz. plastic cups.

For Wine Vendors: We have seen that the public prefers chilled white & rose wines at our events (60% vs. red wines 40%). I would recommend 4-6 cases of white and 3-5 cases of red. If you are going to need ice, please let us know in advance, so that we can add your needs to our supply. We will supply of 6 oz. transparent plastic cups.

As an event, we will have separate Ticket sales booths, where customers have their I.D. checked to receive wristbands. Tickets are then purchased. Beverages are sold as 1 ticket for 1 glass. We will supply ticket collection boxes for each individual vendor. We will collect these at the end of the day for analysis.

We will have a copy of our ABC Permit placed in each booth, prior to 11:00 am on Saturday July 9th.

If weather, acts of God or other reasons beyond the control of the Clayton Business & Community Association cause the event to be canceled, participation fees will not be refunded. The Clayton Business & Community Association and all its duly appointed representatives will not be held liable for cancellation of the event.
I have read and agree to all the specified terms and conditions set forth on all pages of the Clayton Oktoberfest application. I further release the Clayton Business & Community Association and all of its duly appointed representatives of all liability and responsibility for damages or loss suffered before, during or after the 2022 event, or as a result of the display of my work, equipment or materials.
