Final application deadline is March 22, 2019.
Notification will be sent out around March 29, 2019. All applications are juried and categories are limited to maintain a balanced show.
Our goal is to keep the art and craft portion fresh and exciting for our patrons, your customers.
CBCA retains the right to accept or deny applications; the decision of the jurors is final.
We cannot guarantee same space assignment, but be assured we will try to keep you in same general area, if possible.

If your organization is not chosen for the Art & Wine festival you will be reimbursed.

  • REQUIRED – Certificate of Insurance naming CBCA as additional insured for April 27 and 28, 2019 or sign the Hold Harmless agreement below.

  • Please list your art/craft category and describe every product you plan to sell. If a product has not been juried, it may not be sold.

  • Exhibitors may withdraw up to April 5th 2019 to secure a refund. After that date, funds are committed for producing and promoting the event and are not refundable. If weather, acts of God or other reasons beyond the control of the Clayton Business & Community Association cause the event to be canceled, participation fees will not be refunded. The Clayton Business & Community Association and all it’s duly appointed representatives will not be held liable for cancellation of the event.

    I have read and agree to all the specified terms and conditions set forth on all pages of the ArtWine Festival. I affirm that all submitted work is original, and produced solely by the applicant. I further release the Clayton Business & Community Association and all of its duly appointed representatives of all liability and responsibility for damages or loss suffered before, during or after the 2019 Festival, or as a result of the display of my work, equipment or materials.
  • Hold Harmless Agreement

    Hold Harmless Agreement The undersigned vendor(s) hereby agree(s) to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, the Clayton Business and Community Association (including without limitation its Sponsors and any Landowners, Lessees and Lessors who allow the Art and Wine to use their land), The City of Clayton, and any and all of their respective members, employees, agents, volunteers, principals or assigns from any and every claim, demand, lien, right or cause of action of any kind or character arising out of vendor’s participation, sales, interaction with other persons, action or inaction related to vendor’s presence and business at the April 27, 28 2019 24 th Annual Clayton Art & Wine Festival (including any time spent in the City of Clayton for the purpose of set-up and teardown), and where the vendor is, was, or were, a substantial factor in causing or contributing to the claim, demand, lien, right or cause of action. This specifically includes, but is not limited to, third party personal injury, wrongful death or property damage claims.
